Ara Growth and Development Foundation is the proposed enabling vehicle for the actualization of a dream planted at the installation of the current Kabiyesi Alara of Ara Oba Dr Olubayo Adesola Windapo Oyelade , Abidogun !st on January 23rd,2020.
The idea was muted under the rallying banner of “ARA on the rise again”, which is supposed to be a catalyst for the envisioned growth and development of the ancient town, in a planned and intentional manner, which will represent the trajectory for progress, based on a collective strategy approved by a wide body of stakeholders.
Why AGDF?
The primary aim of the AGDF is basically to champion a socio-development agenda for Ara. The idea is for the foundation to comprise a body of eminent sons and daughters of Ara , who are dedicated and committed to the growth and development of Ara.

We the indigenes of Ara seek a broad based coalition of adopters and advocates that will drive the mission of transforming Ara into the land of our dreams without waiting for the government.
We believe we have reached a turning point with renewed determination and commitment to convert our experiences and learning from global developments to comparative advantage that helps us to catalyse social and economic growth.
